I fell in love with writing and the idea of being a published author when I was six years old. It was just after seeing "Harriet the Spy", when I started carrying a black and white notebook everywhere - writing down everything. Most of my early stories started out as typical days and ending with monsters, hauntings, and heroes saving the day. My current writing doesn't really stray from this either.
As a self-declared all-time awkward introvert, I am very much a homebody who enjoys reading, watching off-the-air TV shows, action movies, and taking walks. I prefer tea to coffee. Caramel to chocolate. Socks to no socks.
I've worked in nonprofit for 11 years. I've worn many hats in my career. From being in an entry-level position to being a supervisor and manager. Most of the time, I'm learning something to better myself whether that's through a book, a class, or a mentor. I'm also passionate about DEIA, advocating for others, Korean culture, art, and running.
